In full, if there's no deal signed by both you and the creator within 30 days of payment. We refund it within 5 working days.
You give a small stake, usually in phantom shares: a cash stake that only pays out on a sale or a new funding round. So your cap table stays the same. Real shares or options are possible too, with a notary.
That depends on the media value and your brand's valuation. Usually it's somewhere between a fraction of a percent and a few percent. We'll work it out for you on the intro call.
Then nothing vests. The stake only grows with each approved post.
You're not locked in. The subscription can be cancelled monthly; existing agreements with creators stay in force as set out in the contract.
